Dubai Solar Installers is a Dubai-based solar PV and battery storage installer for homes and businesses, working from Business Bay under DEWA's Shams Dubai initiative.

Turn the sun on your roof into a smaller DEWA bill
Dubai has some of the most reliable sunshine of any major city, and some of the hardest-working air conditioning. Most of that sunshine lands on roofs and does nothing, while the buildings underneath pay DEWA for every kilowatt-hour. Our mission is to close that gap: to make Dubai sunshine pay.
We design and install rooftop solar PV and battery storage sized to what a home or business actually uses. There are two routes to the same result: free solar under a power purchase agreement (PPA), where you pay AED 0 upfront and buy cheaper power, or buying the system outright for the biggest lifetime saving. We put both in front of you, with the trade-offs stated plainly, and let the numbers decide.
We are based at Unit 20, Prime Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, and we work by web form and email only.
How we work
Engineering first. Estimates, not hype.
Engineering-led
Your enquiry is reviewed by an engineer, not a salesperson. Systems are sized from your consumption and your roof (survey, shading, structure, design) before any figure is put in writing. Everything arrives by email, so you can read it, keep it and compare it at your own pace.
Estimates over promises
Every number we publish, including everything the savings calculator produces, is an estimate and labelled as one. Final figures depend on a site survey and DEWA approval. We say so next to every figure, because that is how the decision should be made.
Homes and businesses, equally
A villa and a warehouse get the same process: consumption modelled, both routes priced (free solar under a PPA and outright purchase) and the honest trade-off of each spelled out. We serve homeowners and businesses with equal weight, because the sums matter equally to both.
The rules we work under
Shams Dubai, DEWA's rooftop solar initiative
Rooftop solar in Dubai connects to the grid under Shams Dubai, the initiative run by DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority). The system design is submitted to DEWA for approval, the installation is inspected, and a bi-directional meter is fitted so that surplus daytime generation is credited against consumption: net metering.
That framework shapes everything we do. Systems are designed to DEWA's requirements from the first drawing, and the approvals paperwork is handled as part of the job. Current tariffs and programme details are published at dewa.gov.ae.
