Who we are
This website is operated by Dubai Solar Installers, a solar PV and battery storage installer based at Unit 20, Prime Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We work by web form and email only; you can reach us at hello@dubaisolarinstallers.ae.
What the forms collect
The forms on this site collect your name and email address, together with any optional information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, the optional fields may include:
- whether your enquiry is for a home or a business (segment);
- your emirate or area;
- your approximate monthly bill range;
- a free-text message; and
- a summary of your results from the savings calculator, if you include one.
We collect nothing else through the forms, and we never ask for a contact number.
Why we collect it
We use the information you send for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and preparing your solar and battery storage estimate. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Our basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit a form, together with the steps needed to respond to the enquiry you have made.
How your submission reaches us
Forms on this site are processed on our web host's server, which emails each submission to our inbox and keeps a copy in a private log outside the public website, so that an enquiry is not lost if an email fails. Please avoid putting sensitive personal information in the message field.
No sale of data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Retention
We keep your details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it. Correspondence that leads nowhere is deleted.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@dubaisolarinstallers.ae and we will respond by email.
Cookies and analytics
We set no cookies, and no analytics tools are currently active on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated before anything goes live.
